Meditation and Yoga

 

                    



Meditation:A true meditation would be to take into account the triple dimension of the human being (body, soul and spirit), allowing to connect to the purest core of our being: the Rose of the Heart.



There are three primary methods of meditation:


1.“Calm meditation” as a primary practice (samatha-pubbaṅgamaṃ),
2.“Insight meditation” as a primary practice(vipassanā-pubbaṅgamaṃ), and
3.“Calm & insight meditation” combined (samatha-vipassanaṃ yuganaddhaṃ).

Yoga  means  "UNION" ,which brings you to reality.
